Last Known Activity
Private First Class George Howard was Killed in Action on December 7, 1941, during the attack on Pearl Harbor.  He was assigned to the 11th Bombardment Group, Hickam Field.  

He had enlisted on 13 January 1940. 

He was interred in Highland Park Cemetery, Pittsburg, Kansas.

Note: 
Had served with the 59th Bombardment Squadron according to Application for Headstone form, 1947.
