Additional Information

Last Known Activity:

He flew combat missions in Europe with the RAF and the USAAF's 4th Fighter Gp.; then he transferred to the 413th Fighter Gp. in the Pacific. He was killed on a mission to attack Japanese forces in China when his P-47 caught fire. He bailed out safely but then was never seen again.
