Last Known Activity
Captain Robert Laden was a pilot of an RB-29A "Over Exposed",  (# 44-61813).  The aircraft was attacked by two Soviet MiG-15s over the Sinuiju area.  The severely damaged aircraft made the return to Johnson AB, Japan, but crashed short of the runway.  Only the crew in the aft cabin survived.

Captain Laden had enlisted in the AAC on 4 April 1941.
