Last Known Activity
At the time of his death, he was stationed at Binh Thuy Air Base. He was killed in a rocket attack on the base during the night of 10 January 1969. 62 standoff rockets were fired at the base killing 1 airman and wounding 4.

Note:  May have been attached to the 22nd Tactical Air Support Squadron at Binh Thuy AB, RVN.
