Last Known Activity
Lt. Krzynowek was an EWO officer of an EB-66C aircraft (serial number 54-0462). The plane was making a normal CGA landing approach when the pilot radioed that he was experiencing control problems and directed the crew to eject. The plane crashed 2000-3000 feet east of the south end of the Takhli runway. Three crewmembers ejected and survived, and another three did not survive.

Lt. Kryznowek was interred in Saint Bridgets Cemetery, Great Barrington, Berkshire County, Massachusetts.
