Last Known Activity Captains James Cameron and Thomas Norman were passengers in an O-2A (S/N 68-10987) aircraft returning from Saigon to Nha Trang when the aircraft was shot down by enemy fire. Both men died in the crash, together with the pilot, Major Mannifred Yates.
