Last Known Activity
A1C was serving with the 388th Munitions Maintenance Squadron, 388th Combat Support Group, 388th Tactical Fighter Wing  out of Korat RTAFB, Thailand.

He was in the munitions bomb bunker which was about 3-4 miles outside the base installation. According to reports, the bombs began to "fragment" and was killed when the bombs in the bunker exploded. He was killed along with A1C James E. Francis (Air Police), and A1C Frank A. Uhlic, Jr., (388th MMS).
