TSgt. Seaman was a 1950 graduate of the Valley Forge Miliary Academy.

Possibly served in Korea.

In Vietnam, he served with an aircraft maintenance squadron. He was killed during the massive explosion of ordnance and aircraft during the mishap on Bien Hoa AB of 16 May 1965.

Donald left a wife, Mary, and three children at his passing.
