During 1974-1975, Edwards was wide open with no gates or access control points. We three patrolled the main arteries into the base: Rosamond and Lancaster Blvds. We ran radar, patrolled the desert areas for "night crawlers," and backed up other units on base. This photo was taken in Las Vegas, where many of the group stopped for a couple of nights before heading on the the Edwards Reunion.
