I hope Admin will eventually load all these USAAF chevrons.
Looks much better than the garden variety Army chevron.
There is some question as to whether these were legit chevrons. My response is they must have been acceptable since I recall seeing them at the time, plus I've seen photo's of servicemen having these on their uniforms. They might not have been universally accepted but they were worn and available. Guess it would depend on the command whether they were acceptable.
