Arrived Back in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, April 30, 2013. Doing some home repairs and upgrading. Will be visiting our first Grandson in Ozark, MO for his first birthday and do some babysitting. This year I am the Local Reunion Chairman for the TLCB Reunion in Fort Walton Beach, FL (3 October thru 6 October 2013). Still want to do traveling as time and money allows.

Chain of Command HQ 56th Special Operations Wing, Director of Operations Administration, and Flight Records (AFTO 781) The 56th Aircommando Wing was redesignated the 56th Special Operations Wing August 1, 1969.
Other Memories First day arrival to NKP I was snatched off the C-130 and changed my duty location from (Classified location - Project 404 or TFA) to Wing Headquarters. The Wing Commander, Colonel Fallon, was shot down right after my aircraft arrival and a large Search and Rescue (SAR) was initated lasting four days. Sapper attack Christmas Eve, December 24, 1969. Returing from my wife's village when noticing the perimeter flares. Had to report to my assigned bunker and was armed. Had to show many old-timers what to do with the M-16.
