Louis E. Cline May 4, 2010
Louis Cline left this Life for his Eternal life on May 4, 2010. He died as he lived with quiet dignity, peaceful humility and good humor. Louis Cline proudly served America in the United States Air Force during WWII. He prepared B-17 and B-25 aircraft for the European Campaign. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty in 1995, his parents, John & Lorena Cline, grandson, Joshua and sisters Freda & Beatrice. Louis retired from International after 22 years, and was a member of the East High St. Church of Christ. Survivors include his children, Guy (Jennifer) Cline, South Vienna, Bruce Cline, Springfield, Gale (Jerry) Dooley, Springfield, & Pamela (companion, Jamie Terrell), Springfield. Grandchildren, Stephanie, Jessica, Jefferson, Sarah, Anna, Katlin, & Jennifer. Great-Grandchildren, Jamison, Nicholas, Xavier, Ashlynn, Brenna, Savanah, Hailee, Sophia, Baylie, & Lexi. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 (Noon), Saturday May 8, 2010 from the Jackson Lytle & Lewis Funeral Home, 2425 N. Limestone St., Springfield, with Philip Grear officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of services in the funeral home, Saturday. The family request contributions be made in Loui’s memory to the East High Street Church of Christ, 2863 E. High St., Springfield.
