From Patriot Guard Riders:
The Patriot Guard Riders (PGR) have been invited to participate in honoring the service of Warren Leroy Vance, a Vietnam veteran of two (2) tours, who served 20 years and 4 months in the USAF and retired at the rank of MSgt (E-8). Mr. Vance started his career in the Tampa, FL at MacDill AFB. He was transferred to Italy for 1 1/2 years, then to Hampton, VA for 2 years. He then served 2 tours of duty in Vietnam and returned to Florida to pick up his wife and kids and move to the last base he would retire at which was March AFB in California.
