Retired from Law Enforcement. Pittsburgh Police (Park Div.); Allegheny County Police (Traffic Div.); Motorcycle Officer. At Present; Active with the Fraternal Order of Police, and as noted; Other Military, (Air Force & Army), Associations.
Other Comments:
After Serving in the U.S.A.F., Active Duty; I signed-up with the Army Nat. Guard Units, (PA.& AZ), then, back to the Air National Guard, (PA. & AZ), and was, also, Honorably Discharged with those Units in the 80's. ( Came out as a SSgt.). I then, furthered my Law Enforcement, and Aviation, (Helicopter), career, until retirement.
Best Friends Fter Honorable Discharge from USAF Active Duty; Joined the SAC Air National Guard Unit, 171st, Pgh., Pa. Where I had excellent friends that is more recent due to my age. Most of Our Members There, were Air Policeman, (Security Police-LE), and were civilian Policeman on our Civilian Status at time. This included, myself, and my other Flight members at that time. (in the 70's).
Other Memories Also, remembered (10/1957) a few of my good friends and BMT classmates, of Squadron 3707, Flight 1317, Lackland AFB Texas. The training was excellent.
