Larry's hobbies included wood work ? especially carving and checkering gun stocks ? and working on cars. One of his lifelong passions was shooting. He was an avid sportsman, a competitive skeet shooter and (once he moved to West Texas) a clay bird shooter. He belonged to two local gun clubs, the S.A. Clay Bird Association and S.A. Gun Club.
