Captain John Knaggs was killed near Saigon in an air accident flying an A-1E (# 52-132411). He was on his second tour of service in Viet Nam. He was killed, very likely, in the same aircraft as Captain Edward A. Blake.
Notes to work with: Stationed at Ogden Air Material Center as part of the detachment located at Minot, N.D. 1963 - 1964. We were assigned to the Parshall, ND Minuteman missile installation project during early installation and checkout prior to turnover to the SAC command.
