-------- In Memory of Captain Roger Ernest Behnfeldt Let us not forget Captain Roger Ernest Behnfeldt, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Air Force, CPT Behnfeldt served our country until August 16th, 1978 in North Vietnam. He was 33 years old and was married. Roger died when his plane crashed into the land. His body was recovered. Roger was born on September 29th, 1944 in Defiance, Ohio. CPT Behnfeldt is on panel 01W, line 068 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C.

I was F-4 crew chief at Udorn RTAFB,Thailand with the 555thTFS Nov '72 - Sept '73.
Investigating info about a painting of Roger: may have been in flightline dining hall. Any info or leads will be forwarded to Sons of Legion, Ridgeville Corners, Ohio 43555.
I remember Roger and friends at old legion hall in Ridgeville Corners -good ole days , 4 beers for $1.00.
