  • Used Ghost to image 350 laptops and desktops with Windows 7 Pro. Install software on models E5430 and E7010.Deploy Dell OptiPlex Desktops with Windows 7 Pro.

Maintain deployment tickets and assets in the web help desk ticketing software. Repurpose old computers with reimaged drives. Deploy and install ShoreTel model 230 IP phones using Shoreware Director. Decommission old hard drives and repurpose old machines.

Key Initiatives and Achievements:

  • Used Ghost to image 125 hard drives with Windows 7 Pro using Aleratec Drive Imaging Server.
  • Deploy 125 HP 8300 Desktops with Windows 7 Pro.
  • Deploy around 80 to 90 Wyse P25 Zero Client machines.
  • Upgrade Windows XP machines to Windows 7 Pro and decommission old hard drives.
