Last Known Activity
SSgt. Jesse Bradshaw was a crewman aboard a C-123K Provider (#54-0708) from Phan Rang that crashed southwest of Chu Lai when a fuel transfer problem resulted in engine failure.

According to Aviation Safety Net, 14 men were killed out of 44. Three of these were crewmen.
