Last Known Activity
Lt. Col. Richard Brown had served during WWII, and flew in combat in Korea.

Lt. Col. Brown was the pilot of a C-123K (#54-0708) that crashed after taking off from Phan Rang. The crash was attributed to a fuel transfer problem.

The crew of three, and 8 U.S. Army passengers were killed.
