Last Known Activity
According to eyewitnesses on the ground that fatal day,  A1C Johnson was aboard an aircraft on take off when due to mechanical or fuel problems, the aircraft stalled at about 1500 feet. The right wing arched to the left and the plane headed nose first into the ground, killing all aboard the aircraft.
