Specific information is difficult to find regarding a description of the circumstances surrounding the downing of the C-123 aircraft that killed the pilot, Robert Milvoy Horsky, Co-pilot George Parker McKnight, Mercedes Periz Salinas and Donald David Stewart.

Database indicates the crash was the worst accident involving a Fairchild C-123. 85 people were killed, including the crew.
