Ret. Col. Richard A. Boaman, Jr. USAF, 74, of Vero Beach, Florida passed away July 23, 2014 at the Brennity.
He was born April 24, 1940 in Reading, PA and had been a resident of Vero Beach for 10 years, coming from Lady Lake, FL.
Mr. Boaman retired from the United States Air Force after 28 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Ann D. Boaman; daughter, Kathleen Stouder; mother, Rita Boaman; brothers, Martin Boaman and Gregory Boaman; sister, Candy Brown and granddaughter, Courtney Putzel. He was predeceased by his father, Richard A. Boaman, Sr.
At the request of the family, services will be private. Interment will take place at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to MDA for ALS Research, http://mda.org/disease/amyotrophic-lateral-sclerosis/research.
