I arrived in Vietnam for my 2nd tour at Cam Rahn Bay AB in Sept. 1971. I was assigned to the 457th TAS as a flight mech/Loadmaster. I left Vietnam in March 1972. My tour was cut short as the Caribou was being transfered to the VNAF. I really enjoyed my duties as a Flight mech and was really dissapointed having to leave. It was the best ACFT I was ever arround in my time in the Air Force. Great memories.
