(Citation Needed) - SYNOPSIS: Major General Harry George Armstrong (AFSN: 209A), United States Air Force, was awarded the Air Force Distinguished Service Medal (Army Design) for exceptionally meritorious and distinguished services to the Government of the United States, in a duty of great responsibility.
