The United Stated Air Force Certifies that Major William G. Donovan ..FR has successfully completed the F-100 Aircraft General and is herewith awarded this Certificate of Training - signed Harold M. Christiansen, Lt Colonel, USAF Commander, 58 Tac Tng Sq - 8 February 1971.(Certificate does not give base but it was Luke AFB, AZ).
William G Donovan was stationed at Phang Rang Air Base, Vietnam in 1971 with the 612 TFS flying the F-100 - he was also Operations Officer 612 Tac Fighter Squadron. (A photo of him and letters from him indicate he was there circa March 1971 - July of 1971.
