ACCESS is Alternative Community Correctional Educational Service and Support. This is for high school students who for various reasons have not be functioning properly in the regular high school program.
Best Friends Tom Torgenson from Minnisota and Robert G. Boatwright from Gallup, New Mexico.
Best Moment When my sister and fiance came to Cheyenne to visit me. We became engaged to be married at Sloans Lake, in August 1951.
Worst Moment I worked first as a medic in the hospital, then after a severe reaction to a penicillin shot I was hospitalized. I was then sent to cooking school on base, and worked as a cook. Before I finished I had another penicillin reaction and was again hospitalized. My next job was is food service supply, which gave me an AFSC of supply, with an escape from food service. I eventually faced an Article 15 (never mind why, as I no longer drink alcohol). I was given the option of going to Korea or to England. I knew I did not know how to speak Korean, but I thought I could handle English.
Other Memories Other memories of FE Warren was antelope and jack rabbit hunting on the prarie. We would set on the fender of the car and bounce across the prarie shooting our shotguns as we went. A photo is available!
