Best Friends Came on base at 0300 hrs.on the 19th of Jan.1968 and it was raining like hell. Don't remember a name one of the two (2) Flights I was in. On 11th day inspecion I was caught with .75 cents in my foot locker and was sentenced to 30 days in CC camp for a security violation. Got out after serving only 15 days on good behavior, and was sent to a second flight. Hope the Axxhole that squeeled on me got his later. I told the first flight they had a snitch amoung them they could not trust.
Best Moment Going thought the obsticle course and being told we couldn't go across the creek wire rope cause there wasn't enough water in the creek and we might be hurt if we fell. Creek was only to your knees at it's worst and you still could die if you fell with high water.??? Never made since to me as in real combat you would still have to cross that creek if the bad guys were after you, no matter how much water was in the creek. LOL
