T/Sgt Arthur Benko, Bisbee Arizona, has cause to grin, even though he has a slight hand wound being bandaged bz Capt James Maher, adjutant of the heavy bomb group in China. Benko, member of the group, shot down seven Jap Zeros in one fight, bringing his score to 16 confirmed Zeros downed. This makes him leading bomber gunner of the China, India Burma Theatre - and perhaps in the world.
