Last Known Activity:

His P-51D was hit by enemy flak and crashed in flames near Miu-dong, North Korea on Apr 30, 1951. He was listed as MIA and declared dead Dec 31, 1953. His remains were not recovered. He is memorialized at Arlington and at the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial, Oahu, Hawaii.
