None too happy. July or August 1945. War was almost over but I had been sent here to attend, Aviation Engineer School as a quota filler since Harlingen AAF was starting to gear down and close.
Didn't have enough points to be discharged so they sent me to a school I didn't need nor desired to attend. Oh well. I went, completed it and obtained the 0081 MOS.
