DoD Identifies Air Force Casualty

The Department of Defense announced today the death of an airman deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Lt. Col. Glade L. Felix, 52, of Lake Park, Ga., died June 11 in Southwest Asia.

Felix was assigned to the 622nd Aeromedical Staging Squadron, Robins Air Force Base, Ga. For more information related to this release the media can contact the 22nd Air Force public affairs office at (678) 655-5467.
