Best Moment My first duty assignment after leaving DaNang AB, South Vietnam. I was assigned to an inspecting unit and I remember I had to wear a White Hat, depicting me as an Inspector. Well, needless to say, I was not a very popular Sgt.
Other Memories My last assignment before being Honorably discharged. I had made SSGT E-5, but the catch was for me to re-up for another four (4) years and after much deliberation, I politely turned the Air Force down. Not sure still if I made the right decision, but it doesn't matter now. I loved the Air Force and I am still very proud to have been an integral part and a Brother to all who have and will serve.
