Captain Walter Booth was flying as a passenger aboard a UH-1 (tail number 63-13158) that crashed and burned near Duc My, SVN, 12 minutes north of Nha Trang, SVN. There was suspected hostile fire.



Captain Booth was interred in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA, Section 34, Site 1245-3.
